Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. Cheques and money orders will only be accepted if there is sufficient time for postage and clearing. A booking deposit of 50% of the total booking or the first night’s fees, whichever is greater, is required to confirm reservations made more than 14 days before the date of arrival.
  • All room tariffs are calculated on the selected room rate plus charges for extra persons (as indicated by the customer). Please note that in the event the number of persons has been under-estimated, accommodation at the motel cannot be guaranteed.
  • For cancellations made within 72 hours of the day of arrival no refund of any payment shall be made. There is no refund for peak season bookings (eg school holidays, long weekend and public holidays).
  • For cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the day of arrival, a 75% refund of any payment shall be made.
  • For cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the day of arrival, a 50% refund of any payment shall be made.
  • Where a customer leaves part-way through a booked stay no refund of any part of the booking will be made.
  • A 10% surcharge for card or online transactions will apply to all cancellations.

    Check Out Time: 10:00 am (Charges may apply after this time).

    Deposit / Payment Policy

    To finalise your booking we require a credit card number, and authorisation. This will secure your booking. No monies are deducted from your card, until arrival; or alternatively other payment options are available upon check in. We do not accept cheques, unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

    No Party Policy

    We have a strict "No Party Policy" to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. The management reserve the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion we also reserve the right to have you removed from the premises with no refunds.

    Smoking in rooms

    We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for extra cleaning.
    This includes cleaning, dry cleaning, airing out the room, carpet cleaning and 1 or 2 nights of non selling the room.

    Security of your personal information

    Any personal information that we collect about customers including email addresses will be kept in our database. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is protected against misuse, disclosure and unauthorised access, including restricting access of personal information only to employees who require it in order to fulfill our obligations to you.

    We will not disclose any personal information to third parties outside our company, without your written authority (except to the individual to whom the personal information relates) unless we are required by law or it is otherwise necessary.

    In addition, we will comply with all legislation, principles, industry codes and policies by which we are bound (including without limitation the Privacy act 1988)
